While i'm an advocate of CBT, I wasn't sure whether Jo would be able to help me with a particular issue I was struggling with - but she was absolutely brilliant, a kind and patient therapist who accommodated my need to bring my partner into the sessions, and work through something which a few months later has completely been turned on its head. I'm beyond grateful to Jo for helping me - she's genuinely changed my life for the better.

I knew I needed to take a brave step toward overall health, which included addressing my mental health. I wasn't sure what to expect as this was my first therapy experience, and admittedly, I was a bit fearful. Jo squashed all the fears I had in the first couple of visits. She created a professional, safe, and warm environment that allowed me to open up so that we could lay a foundation to work toward healing. Things in my past affected my everyday life. We worked specifically with EMDR. I was initially skeptical, but the results speak for themselves. I am free from the past, and it feels incredible! I am happier and healthier than I ever have been. I am so proud of myself for stepping into that office with Jo. You are worth it.
