Had a slight stock issue on a item I ordered (can happen to anyone), very quickly notified me and after a quick phone call, all was resolved. Glad I purchased through them. They ordered in the paddelboard I wanted (for the same price as elsewhere online). I hit a warranty issue (not the shops fault) and they went above and beyond to get me paddling at the weekend, something that wouldnt have happened if I had to wait for an online shop.

Had a lovely breakfast in the cafe, sat outside with the dogs. Great views & enjoyed watching the kayaking

I had never been in a kayak as of last year.I went to North Shore and met Kevin who runs the shop. At first I was baffled as he talks really quickly and I thought he was just a salesman, not interested etc.I was so wrong, he is just so busy with different things he never stops. And after a while I realised thats how he is. No nonsense and straight to the point.He offered to let me have a go in a kayak on the training area. He gave advice and helped me out and as soon as I pushed away from the side it was just amazing.His advice and knowledge is second to non.I went in yesterday after a year. He knew who I was and I upgraded my kayak after a pal new to kayaking had offered to buy mine.I've just picked it up today and it's brilliant.He really knows what he's talking about and it's no nonsense advice.I'm sorry I didn't get the name of the girl who works in the shop but she is very helpful also.I would definitely recommend this shop for advice and getting a new or second hand kayak.5*The photos are the adventures I've been on after buying my kayak from North Shore.Peter.
