Very responsive, polite, friendly and professional people. I had a story about this place. I booked with them a test drive for 24 hrs and made an appointment. In my bad, I arrived at the wrong place I mean the wrong Berry place. Entirely my fault, of cause, I was upset as I wanted to test drive a new model of Mini - fully electric.I called them and cancel the appointment. Sometimes later I received call from a manager of Berry Heathrow Mini he said don't worry we will bring the car to your place and you can enjoy your ride.Super. I was excited. Next following day Hassan O. arrived on a little beauty car red mini fully electric.It was fun to drive and comfortable. Everything that you need if you have a family of 2 or 2 and a little babe.Hassan O. professionally introduce to me all functionality and how to drive and charge. I have appreciated all this effort from this auto salon. I had previous experience with them. It's all always been good.Highly recommend this place as they are honest with what they does.

I received absolutely 1st class service from Berry Heathrow Mini during the purchase of my Mini Exclusive. I was buying ' remotely ' and so needed reassurance throughout the process, I got lots of support and help from the sales exec, Malaika, she answered any questions I had. I am enjoying driving my Mini now, and would highly recommend the Berry Mini dealership.

I like the headquarters of the Mini Company very much, it is the highest European standard. I was received in the showroom by an employee of Hamza, who turned out to be a professional specialist in the field of motorization. He synthetically presented the technical qualities of the Mini, which I was interested in.I recommend this Mini Salon to everyone, especially Mr Hamza, who will advise, explain and help choose the right Mini model, as he advised me and explained everything.

I am extremely happy with my experience at Berry Heathrow. From start to finish I was given a lot of support with options for my first car purchase. I recently passed my test so the idea of looking for a car can be daunting for first time buyers as you can imagine. There were a lot of concepts I was new to, which were made much easier to digest with the support of particularly Malaika from sales and Gush who I believe manages sales. Both have a very friendly and warming demeanour and were very supportive of my requirements for my first car. I asked for specific features and had a budget that they were able to cater to and help at their best ability. A special thanks to Gush for explaining and talking me through finance options as well as Malaika for breaking down the whole process. I get my car at the end of the month and it would not be possible without the two of them. They are both a big credit to Berry Heathrow and played a big role in my choosing to go with Mini. I would 100% have not purchased if it wasn't for their transparency, support and aid with my preferences. Thank you again and I look forward to collecting my car.

Terrible experience with Berry MINI. Completed a distance sale, and a ‘quick’ video around the vehicle showed me all the amazing parts of the car. Unfortunately I now know it was a quick video to avoid showing the damage to the car.There was a few admin errors which was frustrating, such as stating my deposit was less than it was, but overall the buying side of things went fairly smoothly.Upon arrival, the delivery driver (wearing a berry MINI T-shirt) was on his phone, he unloaded the car and handed the keys to my husband who was waiting outside. He did not see my husband come from my address so he could simply be any member of the public outside my house. The driver didn’t ask for ID or even speak to my husband. Just gave him keys and drove off. When this was raised with Berry MINI, they said they were contractors and there isn’t anything they can do other than have a word. Quite unbelievable really, when he’s was wearing a Berry MINI top.Upon inspection, the MINI was in a disgusting state. Should I have arrived at the show room to collect, I would have walked away and if the driver hung around I would have refused delivery. The roof was green (convertible), the inside has stains on the seats, dog hair, dust and grime in the back seats, significant damage to the alloys and irreparable damage to the plastics. None of which were disclosed to me.It also arrived with no paperwork, not even a new keeper slip so I had to chase this to even use the vehicle.When I spoke to MINI about this initially I was dismissed. Then upon sending images it was acknowledged and after a lot of emails it was agreed that the damage would be rectified, however to get the alloys as I wanted them I had to accept that I would pay for the plastic damage to be sorted.Finally I got it sorted and MINI paid for the alloy refurb but what a hassle! They did send me a lifestyle box, which my daughter loved but it has left a soar taste to say the least. This was meant to be a car to last years. Instead it has not even been cleaned before sending to me. It has since gone wrong, and I have had to pay to have work done (less than two months after getting the car) and I am subsequently selling it due to the stress, lack of trust in the car and complete anger that MINI Berry think it’s acceptable to send a car out in that state.

Malaika was great, excellent product knowledge, listened to the car spec we wanted, worked with us to agree final spec, finances and once agreed, the admin was very quick and easy! Excellent, so we are looking forward to collecting the car! Overall first class, we will continue to use Berry (this is our third purchase from the dealership)

This was the best buying ‘a new car’ experience EVER. Humza and Gush terrific sales team are super fab who made the entire journey of ‘selection to handover’ enjoyable. They have pride in ensuring every customer leaves totally happy, including after sale they continue to look after me and that’s exceptional. Thank you Gush, thank you Humza you guys are awesome. Here’s to many years of fun and safe driving in my gorgeous Mini Clubman.

Excellent, friendly service from Humza at Berry Heathrow. He was extremely patient and informative, providing all the information I needed and providing options without ever being pushy. As a new driver, I felt really put at ease by him during the test drive (which was so easy to organise and rearrange). Humza’s genuine enthusiasm for the Mini convinced me it was the right car for me and I felt confident choosing one after speaking with him. 5/5
