Could not be happier with the service using Opus. Elliott was outstanding, really nice guy who took time to check the issue (boiler stopped working), and then took time to explain what was wrong with it. Once the part had arrived, he came back and fitted it and stayed to ensure all was working as it should. I wouldn't dream of using another company after my experience with Opus. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend OPUS, I only wish I had found them sooner!! Following several issues and lots of let downs by other tradesmen I came across OPUS. I was at the end of my tether with people not turning up or cancelling. OPUS fitted a new ensuite and WC, undertook some decorating , joinery work, electrical work - these lads are all efficient and hard working. They were also a pleasure to work with. No job was too difficult for them to find a solution. They were extremely professional and polite and could be trusted even when I had to be out. I would never hesitate to call them back for any future work. Olly, Elliott, Tom, Hanley, Luke - you are all worth a mention! Thank you for everything that you did for me. It is greatly appreciated. I will never go anywhere else - you will always get work from me.

I am absolutely blown away by the service I received, the technician was so knowledgeable and helpful and he even went above and beyond to help and advise after the installation. We agreed on the best place for the charging unit location and it looks great as well as slightly out of sight.Again thanks Rob , you did a great job and I feel at a great price too.

We had an issue with our Boiler and our Estate Agent sent Elliot from Opus to come fix a new Boiler. Elliot was detailed in his work and got the new Boiler up and running in just a few hours. This was very commendable as we had thought it will take a whole day. This is day 2 and our Boiler is working perfectly. Thank you Elliot for your professionalism and a job well done.
