Morgana used to be a fairly good firm with good service if things broke down as equipment tends to do from time to time. However, on the most recent breakdown the engineer came to fix our Foldnak. He replaced the in-feed belt but said our machine was not like any other Foldnak he had seen before and they (the manufacturers) had changed things so he needed a new bearing which he could not find in any manual or on-line. he said he would go back to the depot and try and find the relevant part, but soon after he left the machine started to make a horrible clunking noise. I called Morgana and was told the engineer could not come back until he had the new part. this was 8 weeks ago and despite several email correspondences with Mark Spicer, who told me Service would contact me, the never have!
