Lisa's Alterations

Firstly, a lovely job on shortening trousers and sleeves on a jacket. Secondly, I had loads of material left from curtains and blinds and Lisa made a fabulous throw for one of the beds and some gorgeous cushions piped with cord. Cannot recommend highly enough, she even made some extra pillow cases out of some of the lining, so kind and exactly what we wanted. Thank you so much

I was recommended to use Lisa's Alterations a year ago and have had a multitude of alterations carried out since then, these included modifications I was told couldn't be done elsewhere and would have had to have disposed off, this leaves me confident in buying clothing that may need adjustments from new, I found Lisa and her staff very helpful, the prices are affordable and the premises were clean and tidy incorporating changing rooms and the work has always been ready on timeOne note the premises have recently been relocated to the edge of the town centre

Lisa had a particularly difficult alteration of my wedding dress to do with only a couple of weeks timeframe. She exceeded my hopes for my dress and it was perfect. Her attention to detail and experience shone though. She is also such a lovely warm person I felt extremely comfortable with her on first meeting and found her through reading great Google reviews of her work. I would highly recommend Lisa. It was so important to me my dress was perfect and Lisa was amazing. My partner got his outfit from a retailer in Abbey gates who only uses Lisa, and has been going to her for years for reliably on point alterations.

Lisa is fantastic at her job, altering both my shirt & jeans and my girlfriend's dress for a christening. Both of us couldn't have been happier with the results and friendly service, would highly recommend using Lisa If you haven't already.

Had my the dress to my wedding outfit for my daughter's wedding altered here as it was slightly too big. It was altered to a high standard, fit perfectly and wouldn't even know it had been altered, it was not an easy dress to alter either as it was layered. Price of alteration was extremely reasonable.Would highly recommend this shop.
