Excellent timing belt service on my Fiesta. Very fast, only took around a day. Very friendly/helpful staff. Was easy to get an update on it. Not cheap but my car has driven very well since with no issues, and It's a one-off job usually for a timing belt, so very happy on the whole.

There were two things that stood out for me with this dealship. The first was the high quality and condition of the vehicles that are available at a very competitive price with the option to purchase extended warranties directly with the car manufacturer again at a competitive price.The second thing was the level of customer service received which in my experience was excellant. The sales representative (Ryan) was extremely helpful, courtious, very easy to deal with and never applied any pressure to complete the sale and all communications were conducted smoothly in the process.

A young lady with a very refreshing and helpful attitude guided me through choosing a new car , explained everything as we went long and even arranged a test drive , which I asked for before my last car but it was never set up. If it had been I wouldn't have chosen that model. She didn't mind what question I asked ( or asked several times ) and didn't make me feel as though she was rushing me through anything. She even did a follow up phone call after I took delivery and answered some queries that I had about the car. A VERY pleasant experience. Well done.

Marie was so helpful and knowledgeable that my experience getting the car was hassle free. I was kept informed throughout the process. When I picked up my car she took me through every detail I needed and helped me with the app. She has since phoned me to see if I was getting on ok with the car and I could phone her any time if I needed help. She is definitely a huge asset to Ford and Knockdene Motors. She is a lovely lady and I will highly recommend her to my family and friends.

there is so much to choose from every new car, this and that gadget does this and that, I wanted a reliable car that holds the kids enough room for everything baggage wise and still drive very good, also looks good so we went with ford again because I could not fault how much time and effort looking for a car that I wanted. good on you Marie for making this happen. the car drives fantastic and is awesome...

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish at the Belfast Newtownards Road centre. Stephen found me the perfect car within 10 mins of walking through the door late last Monday afternoon.I went to see it on the forecourt, took it for a test drive on Tuesday morning, bought it immediately and drove it home on Wednesday.I got a brilliant price and Stephen was superb. He even made a personal video for me to show / remind how everything works.When we’re next ready to change cars, this branch of TrustFord will definitely be our first choice.
