Called the office 4 times regarding some repairs & prices, each time I was told someone will get back to me & I've never heard from them again. In the end I went to reliable place in Lutterworth (Sullivan's) & the matter was sorted. I would avoid due to wasting time calling them.

After visiting four retailers, we went to Jan who answered all our questions on wood burners. He efficiently installed our wood burner in September 2022, doing all the work himself rather than offloading it to subcontractors. We are extremely pleased and can highly recommend him.John and Pat
