I don't recommend this place! They gave the worst cut I've ever had. One side was longer than the other and the staff was not friendly. The person that gave me the cut was condescending towards me. On top of that, the place is very dirty.

Always leave the salon with my hair looking lovely. All the stylists are really welcoming and great value for money!

been going here for a while now trying to get my hair blonde from it being box died black and they never fail to amaze me. they’ve helped me so much to bring it to the colour i’ve wanted and all staff have been so friendly and welcoming. always will recommend ❤️

I've had my hair done by Ellie for a little while now after having a really bad experience elsewhere. She is amazing and professional 100% she makes me feel so comfortable and at ease when getting my hair done. When I leave that salon I feel so much more confident with the amazing work produced the staff are all lovely and nothing is ever too much bother will always recommend anyone and everyone to Morells. Always look forward to going back ❤

The salon has a lovely feel and Charlotte and her team are friendly and welcoming every time I go there. I have also witnessed them help people who have had bad experiences with other salons - being totally professional at all time.Have my hair done regularly by Ellie here - in fact followed her from my previous salon as wouldn’t trust anyone else to do it.She has never given me a bad cut or indeed a colour - in fact her work is so good my husband even notices!!!!!Can’t wait for my next visit!

I had a haircut today at this place. Not only was my hair uneven as you can see in the photo but I was charged double the price for a tidy-up. I would never go again. This was 32 pounds for no wash and no styling but only a dry cut and all I was left with was an uneven haircut which was immediately obvious to my husband!I called back and spoke to the manager who offered 3 contradictory explanations as to why this happened including that there is a 10% surcharge for long hair services (mandated by the salon owner) which is not mentioned anywhere in the website. When I asked to speak to the salon owner, the manager told me she has no phone number that I can use to contact her. The worst part was that she told me I am using the meaning of a word in “my own country” (instead of the British meaning). When I pointed out that her statement was inappropriate, she claimed she never said it and used the word “language” instead of “country”. This is a racially hostile statement because she does not have any prior knowledge about where I come from and which language is my native one; in fact, her only source of information is how I look and how my name sounds.I urge the owner of the salon to take action to improve not only the poor customer service and misleading labelling, but mainly the openly hostile and racially discriminatory attitudes of the manager.
