Brilliant experienceCalled up last Saturday regarding a Red Toyota Aygo for sale.This was for our daughters first car. Spoke to Aarron who was very friendly. I asked if open Sundays, which they aren't. He did however contact the owner Mick to see if he could meet us the next day, which he did.Lovely bloke, showed us around the car. It's lovely, so we bought it. It was fully motd, 6 months warranty and ready to collect today as agreed.Would not hesitate to buy a car from here at all. Discusting service! Dusnt know how to treat customers also not very reliable, I called to have my poorly car looked at on Tuesday morning he said he will recover the car today and get back to me tomorrow he didn’t recover the car until the Friday and never called with a diagnosis I had to keep ringing to get any info. Turns out car can’t be fixed so I buy a new one from them which has 6 months warranty, 3 weeks in the battery and or alternator has gone so I call themwe will recover the car today (Tuesday) well it’s now bank holiday Monday and my car is still sat outside my house unable the lock and unable to use I did call on Thursday also to ask why they haven’t got the car yet he told me will be no later than 2 o’clock today only to not show again wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy

I really can't fault the experience purchasing a vehicle from TT cars. Arron and Mick couldnt do enough to help, and their partnership service station deserves credit as well. was given a very fair trade in price. thanks again guys.

Long journey to collect my new car and was really pleased with the whole experience. I received excellent customer service as I had to phone a couple of times to check collection times and specs about the vehicle. When I arrived I was offered refreshments, talked through everything and definitely had service with a smile. The car was accurately described and photographed, and i'm over the moon with my new vehicle :) It really shows they care about the business and give excellent customer service! Well worth the 300 odd mile journey!

I collected my car from Tickhill Trade Cars yesterday and found both the gentlemen there fantastic. The first thing was to put the kettle on! A big plus in my book. I would recommend them to anyoneE looking for a car at a reasonable price.

Absolute delight to purchase a car from them..pure gentlemen. Customer service is great. Aftersales service is even better. Purchased a car from them. Delivered in no time. Got all the small things and additional cosmetic issues sorted. When the car had a small issue few months down the line, gave me the courtesy car and got it sorted at earliest hassle-free. Highly recommended.

I called into this garage randomly as I had spent 2 months trawling autotrader looking for a replacement for my caravan towing car.I spotted a good deal and went for a test drive. I then put my deposit down, got my part ex value and agreed to collect and pay the balance in a few days. As you would expect, I dropped off my part ex, paid and collected my new car. All of that is just a process, and as a car buyer it was all standard and straightforward.BUT, and here is the difference, the team made the process absolutely wonderful. Nothing was too much for them, from respraying a worn chrome part, to fitting the correct electrical socket for my caravan. They are friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, charming and witty.It turns out I had a problem with the car, I called them as soon as they were open and within 2 hours the car had been collected by the owner and taken for repair. 48 hours later and it was delivered back to me fully functioning and with the assurance that I would have no further issues.I do have another car, and I use a main brand dealership and have done for 15 years. I have to say in that time, I have never received such exemplary service and accountability for issues from that UK group at all.I would recommend these guys all day. Even if you know what you want, and they don't have it, I have a feeling that they would assist you with your quest.Thank you so much all of you and I'll see you next year for an MOT.
