Professional and friendly from beginning to end. Lady was friendly over phone when booking a day and Gary was very professional and gave carpets a new lease of life. Also knowing they use no harmful products when I have little children, pets and allergies was a huge plus. Carpets dried with in 1 hour. In the middle of a busy office move Resolve came to our rescue by saving us the cost and hassle of re-carpeting our outgoing office!So good was the work that a 6 year old carpet came up looking like new despite suffering from the stains of heavy traffic and the associated markings of furniture and desks chairs.They arrived on time despite the short notice, worked quickly and professionally and a real advantage was the carpet dried in just a few hours to allow the decorators to start.A great, friendly, local company

Upon initial contact to completing the job everything was 100%. Gary responded promptly to my request for an urgent carpet clean and managed to fit me in the following week. He arrived at the time arranged and his friendly and cheery approach was impressive. He explained the process and got on with the job. In less than an hour he had finished and what a great job he had done. The carpet looked like new and he said it could be walked on almost straight away. It cost well within the price range I had in mind and was worth every penny. On leaving Gary explained how to take care of the carpet should any more stains occur and hoped we would use him again, which we certainly will.A first class service and a thoroughly nice chap.

Highly recommended, Gary cleaned our living room carpet and was very thorough and we were certainly impressed with the results.
