Cosi Carpets

I stumbled across this place through a brief encounter with another builder. I had previously gone to Himalaya carpets only to be ripped off and have my order placed but not actioned for weeks. Within 2 days these boys not only got me a better carpet at a lower price, but they managed to get it fitted too! They really are a dedicated bunch with good knowledge of the trade.... I'd strongly encourage anyone who is revising their flooring to consider visiting these boys because they really will go above and beyond to help you!

Very professional and excellent service. The carpet is better than I expected and totally transformed the room. A big thank you to Binda and Asif for helping chose the right carpet and the service provided. Will definitely be recommending this company. The fitters where excellent fitted the carpet and cleaned up after so thank you guys.

Amazing experience with the Cosi Carpets team and the fitters. Had a very large piece of carpet fitted in a difficult space and Cosi Carpets completed the job to the highest quality. No scratches on the walls and no cracks in the skirting! The team went over and beyond trying to find the carpet I wanted during lockdown and to get it fitted in time. More competitive than others in the area. Cosi Carpets is definitely a business I would recommend personally and use again.

Absolutely fantastic carpet and service by Cosi Carpets!!!We have just had our carpet and underlay fitted throughout the whole house by Cosi and are absolutely pleased with the carpet and the excellent job the fitters did. Not to forget the Owner and his wife who were fantastic in helping us find the exact colour, underlay, and carpet we was looking for.We was recommended Cosi through a family member who could not praise them enough so we decided to pay them a visit and they helped us find exactly what we wanted at an excellent price!The fitters were also very professional and let the house clean and tidy.I recommend Cosi to anyone looking to get carpet fitted!

We placed an order with the company, detailed what we would like - a mix of vinyl flooring and carpets. The company were very communicative and professional. Our order was placed on a Friday and the carpets were fitted by the following Wednesday at a very reasonable price. The quality of both the carpet and the vinyl was as it was expected to be.

Cosi Carpets have been great from start to finish and am happy with the service from the store and the subsequent fitters.I received a competitive quote for the higher quality carpet and underlay we were after. Bobby walked us through the various options and provided us with samples before making our decision.Once the carpet had been decided on, we were kept informed about the install date and time the fitters would arrive and also courtesy called a few days later to ensure everything went well. The whole process went smoothly and have now recommend them to family and friends.

I won’t recommend this people. I would definitely go for carpet right for the best customer service and the finish.It could be the carpet fixers they are using.I had very bad experience with them fixing a carpet on my steps and the landing. Carpet is not tight. Corners not tugged inside properly also most corners have got holes or insufficient material but the fixers refuse to fill the gap. They won’t clean or hoover there mess. Also they are using a kind of gum spray; the fitter sprayed on top of my laminated floor which is very dirty now and unable to remove.Roomy h money for cheep material. I would never recommend this people. I’ve complained this issue and send home a video to the management and still they don’t bother about it. They said fittings are fine and they will send the fixers again to fix the corners but it’s been more than an year now. No one knock my door to fix the dirty finishing. Very cheep mentality and manipulation talks. No respect for the work or the money we are paying for the service. Please try to avoid these people.

Great customer service from Kash and Binder and quality carpets and underlay at very good prices. Had my entire house fitted with 2 different carpets from Cosi, the fitting was done quickly and carefully very happy with the results
