Coin Op launderette and dry cleaning
The staff forgot to turn on the water for washing machine, wasted 30mins and have to start again.No compensation and saying ‘it happens’(He gave one lady 2 pounds back but not the rest of us, which is, very interesting)Please avoid if you don’t have half an hour to waste :(

Does the job well, decor & machines dated but staff are friendly!£5/wash for approx.6Kg/one shopping bag. (x7 machines with various settings. I used No.3 which is for mixed/synthetics, with a pre-wash and took approx.25min. These take £1 coins only)£1/10min for tumble dry: available in low,medium,high heat. (x6 very large dryers, take 20p, 50p, £1 or £2 coins)They also have x2 large washers for bulky items at £8/wash.Take your own detergent & softener, if you run out of coins, staff were happy to exchange notes. There is a bench to sit and wait with your laundry.:)

First time using that launderette - and the experience was quite pleasant. Perfect for tourists. The washing cycle (for one full plastic grocery bag) is £5 and it takes ~25 mins. Don't worry if you don't have your own detergent - for £1 you'll be provided with enough for one cycle of pre-wash and wash. Don't forget that washing machines could only accept £1 coins (but again, if you don't have it - other coins or bills only - the operator will help you).Drying is £1 for 8 mins.Nice, fast and good service.

If the owner of the laundry renew the interior design , it will be a more pleasant atmosphere, but anyway, the employees are very friendly and the price is very reasonable and cheaper than other places.

Had to use because home machine broke. The wash cycle is too short at 20 min. Clothes came out dirty, very wet and smelled of damp. Will not be returning.

The older guy who works there is very nice and helpful. The younger guy who is there sometimes (not sure if he is the owner) is extremely rude - really poor customer service.
