Modern Warrior Training

In November last year, I attended my first session of Modern Warrior at Trinity Hall at the recommendation of a friend. I enjoyed myself thoroughly, and have been going ever since! The instructor, Rob Grant, is extremely encouraging and helpful, and the classes are physically challenging and well-run, working on training yourself in a variety of defensive techniques and reactions to threat. No matter your skill level and experience Modern Warrior will have you walking out feeling empowered and ready to take on the world! Whether to learn defense in preparation for life’s encounters, primarily as a form of exercise, or just as a personal challenge, Modern Warrior Training is definitely worth a go.
