Patmore Water Softeners

I have had a Patmore water softener since 2010 and have only had minor problems most of which were sorted over the phone. If I eventually need to replace it I will certainly use Patmore again.

Staff go all out to help, very friendly, the best place for salt

We had a Patmore block salt softener fitted when we moved into our house as the hard water was affecting my wife's skin. The softened water cured that issue and we have been using Patmore for our block salt ever since (that was 15 years ago) and they are one of the most friendly and efficient companies I have ever dealt with. I would highly recommend this company.

Moved into a house which had a water softener, asked the manufacturer to come out but they were expensive and a long lead time to arrive. Patmore were half the price, came in two days and sorted it out.Couldn't ask for a better service. I now buy all my salt from them.

We had a new softener fitted a couple of years ago , at which time the advice/sales and fitting process were all excellent. Although there were cheaper options out there we chose Patmore based on past reviews.We have had a couple of minor issues since the installation and the after sales service has been outstanding, from the office staff through to the engineers . The technician who visited today (William) was very efficient, courteous and certainly knew his stuff. Turned up on time, diagnosed the problem and explained the solution. Brilliant!We also purchase all of our salt and washing powder from Patmore. Again, great service and prompt delivery .I highly recommend this company based on overall service.

Excellent company to deal with. I'm very pleased to know of this company. It really does have top notch customer service. Following the removal of an old waste pipe, I had to 'lash up' a temporary alternative. I phoned the company and the young lady on the phone told me exactly what I needed to know. The only information she had on me was my phone number and she knew the exact model of softener and all the details. Happy New Year Patmore.

Great service great product, this has made already a massive difference to our hard water just amazing well worth the investment.

I was so pleased with my water softener, the initial consultation was informative and friendly. The installation was clean, quick and professional. No mess left at all for me to clean up! My new bathroom is now scum free, I don't even have to wipe down my new shower screen, no water marks on that, taps or files. I was also told that within about 6 months my appliances would be lime scale free on things like the boiler and washing machine heat exchangers. Absolutely loving this. Wish I had invested in one years ago as it's something you realise you don't need until you have one! Thank you Patmore.
