I ordered with Siwa Salt Direct Ltd for the first time today. We have a Harvey water softener and came across this company as they were selling blocks at a competitive price. We had a pick-up ‘hub’ close to our house and the salt was ready for collection half an hour after making the order. I would highly recommend this company. We will definitely be purchasing again when the time comes.

This was the second fairly large order placed with Siwa. The pricing even with delivery charge is less than other local companies. The quality of the salt is excellent.

Perhaps posting too early as I have not used the product, but the price and delivery are very good and Dan is very helpful. The reason the review is not 5 stars is because I have not used the product and the fact that the delivery was unannounced at 8pm. I was expecting some sort of E mail and the friendly driver said he would raise the matter with the main office.Maybe I am supposed to track it myself? Perhaps Dan can let me know. No trace in junk mail
