My wife bought a Ford Grand Cmax from this garage and traded in her old car. first we had problems with the alarm which after chasing and having to turn up out of the blue numerous times eventually got fixed though customer service is a massive no so dont expect callbacks. Then the automatic boot opened while my wife was driving and had 6 month old in the back!! took it straight away back to garage and wanted a refund and trade in car back (which suddenly they sold) as was within 30 days unfit for purpose and was fobbed off was told owner was away kept going down to garage was told matter was being dealt by their legal Dept" still after a few more weeks no answers no refund zero response in the end due to lockdown and the need for a car got boot repaired ourselves and have raised matter with trading standards. Please Please be very wary buying car from here there are better garages in south wales would not want anyone to go through the stress we have been through utter cowboys"

Posting on behalf of my partner -Please read before you buy from this garage!!I am appalled with the lack of Customer service and trust between myself and the dealership . The owner took a deposit over the phone of £99 to secure a vehicle Prior to visiting and two days before my appointment they called to say the car had gone and the owner the person dealing with me didn’t have the decency to speak to me direct (apparently they was selling it for a third party) which alone is not very straight forward and very fishy. Further to this issue they refunded my money without contacting me first meaning they have breached GDPR(data protection) and illegally stored my card details without permission. I sell cars myself and wouldn’t ever dream of keeping a customers CARD details let alone sell a car right under their feet. Please be very careful when dealing with this garage I will be taking this matter further.

It was a Friday night and I was searching for a car to go and look at Saturday.I saw a car on EBay and it looked great. Clicked through onto the Website and it showed it as still available. The others were marked as sold so even though there office was closed I was sure they'd still have it in stock the next day.Not wanting to miss the opportunity to buy this car I woke up early and took the trip across the Severn bridge to have a look, not a short trip may I add.I arrived at 9.10 and the place wasn't open, despite being advertised as opening at 9.00. I left and came back after having some breakfast.When I spoke to the guy they said they had sold it the day before. I was gutted. Can't believe they couldn't even be bothered to update the Website. What a wasted trip.

James was fantastic to deal with, super friendly and helpful, send over videos of the car and nothing was too much trouble! Highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from again!

I bought an Aston Martin DB9 6L 12V from this company. I liked the owner James and found him a be friendly, extremely helpful and efficient even after I'd bought the car. I'm still in touch with him almost a year after I bought the Aston Martin and he's always available to help and for a friendly chat. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or buy a car from him again. 270miles round trip for nothing, no apology for taking a deposit on a car yesterday which we agreed to view today. Received a call at 11am viewing at 12pm absolutely shocking service when a simple phone call yesterday could of been made . Disgusting service don't bother !! I am fuming to say the least , bad customer service all round .

First class service. I recently purchased a BMW 320M Sport from Evolution.From first contact to collection the buying experience was superb. I was greeted by “OZ” and was shown the car and left to it. Oz was on hand to answer any questions he was polite, knowledgable, and Explained the full history of the car.The test drive was excellent and we made a deal taking my old car in part exchange. The car was ready for collection a few days later.Overall the experience was superb, relaxed, no pressure, a well prepared car at a very reasonable price. I would recommend Evolution to anyone. I will certainly be looking out for their listings when looking for my next car.

Post lockdown purchase was a new experience. These guys could not have done any better. The Ford Kuga we bought is in fantastic condition, great car, the transaction itself was seamless. A 10 minute phone conversation, finance approved with very good rates - some of the lowest around at the moment. They took a £99 deposit to hold the car, arrived and wasn't disappointed. Very professional, great set up with some lovely cars in the showroom. The owner is very friendly, professional and helpful. All sorted in an hour. Would highly recommend.

Was initially happy with my deal here, from there it went down hill. Was paid a week late for my trade in after calling multiple times and being told it would be by the next few hours or by end of day. Further on from this late payment my exhaust fell off due to rust. I was told at point of sale the cars have a comprehensive check over before sale. Even someone not in the trade would be able to see the level of rust that caused my exhaust to fall off once up in the air for a check. This happened only 3 weeks after purchase. I then spoke to the salesman who said he would speak to the warranty (which I was told covered everything) to see what they could do for me. No other help was offered even though I informed them of the state of my car and that it was in the garage. I have now been lumped with a £380 bill with no help offered by EPC, instead I was called a liar by the salesman and he hung up on me. The worst service I’ve ever experienced from a motor trade company. As someone who has worked for JaguarLandRover, Audi, VW and Skoda, I am appalled that this unprofessional outfit claims to be a representative of the motor trade.
