Worst ever experience in my life. Avoid Avoid Avoid. Specifically the school of pharmacy. They don’t have lectures to teach, 95% of the good and experienced lecturers left the university because the people at the head don’t listen, they don’t tech properly. Most of the pharmacy students ended up either with anxiety, depression, mental health problems, suicidal thoughts, etc..

Very helpful and quick to respond to enquiries even out of term and normal work times. It's a pleasent place with new faces and students at all times. Most are polite and uclan security patrol both for the security and safety of students a locals.

They have treated me well and I have no complaints, I don't have great marks, but they have evaluated me very fairly. I graduated with a 2.2.It was here that I came from Erasmus+ and it was where I improved my level of English. I have even found distant relatives in Lancashire from the German side of my family who emigrated to those parts and we considered them lost. The truth is that I was lucky

80% of my son's cohort failed their degree. And this was the only peice of work my son failed over his three years. The cohort submitted a complaint, but have heard nothing. In terms of ensuring wellbeing of their students; there was one generic email, informing him of his failure and including a link to wellbeing service. His course tutors have made no contact. They don't know how he is coping and they appear to have no interest.I don't recommend this university.

Uclan RCS lecturers were very supportive towards me and my fellow students, went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed the course and that we got something out of our studies.

My daughter is in her final year of university where she picked her options for her modules. She received her timetable early last week and noticed that some of her lessons clashed with one another. So, as anyone would, my daughter emailed staff to resolve the issue and they have told her she can no longer pick those module options as they clash with the compulsory timetable. Why give students the opportunity to choose for themselves if they cannot?! Terrible organisation and lack of support from staff.

I have just watched an you tube video of members of staff who were very rude to a member of the public. I also noted a gentleman eating in a door way with no pass or identity and yet your staff not once asked this person why there identity was not on display on your campus very unprofessional really.

Great to be back on campus today and to meet with colleagues. The new Student Centre is stunning as a focal point for the university and is now operational. Excellent facilities and welcoming staff.

Was absolutely appalled by the behaviour of medical graduates at this year’s graduation ceremony- they went up for their awards first and as a group had no respect for graduates following them. Talking on their phones ( one talking to the person sat next to me to the extent I couldn’t hear what was going on on the stage and this wasn’t an isolated incident as I heard other audience members complaining later) Organised chaos with people jumping queues for photographs etc - you need to develop a module on emotional intelligence if you are to reflect anything other than a negative impression of your university-
