An employee with a raised voice treated me horribly, did not let me finish my sentence. I just wanted to return the dress, which was too small for me, I had the receipt but unfortunately no one informed me that I also had to keep the label from the store. terrible experience, very poor customer service, never again

Great shop always a fantastic range of clothing & gifts. Very reasonably priced compared to other GX charity stores & staff & volunteers are so cheerful, friendly & enthusiastic. All ages shop there- often see many students in there looking for vintage/retro looks & parents looking for children’s stuff as they grow so quickly. Good for new charity Xmas cards & new small gifts. Good value store
