Time after time Winkworth delivered meaningful viewings whereas the others sounded professional and convincing but achieved no tangible result. Eventually we went sole agent with Winkworth and they nurtured a transaction through numerous unpredictable impediments with expert skill. Winkworth Barnes efficiently arranged the sale of my house in Barnes in a sluggish market after Savills had had it for nearly a year with no success.Even when Donovan was away the rest of the staff were well briefed and very professional.Whether true or not I was left with the distinct impression that Winkworth had less churn and more experienced personnel.
