After disastrous flood into the back of car it needed a full valet - shampoo of carpets the works. Chris has made the car like new again. Really pleased with the results, this is one number that will be saved for future use.

Chris the arrived on time today and politely explained what he was going to do. He then proceeded to work on the vehicle for the next couple of hours at the end of which he invited me to inspect the car. The cleanliness and finish on all parts of the vehicle, bodywork, wheels, tyres, seats, carpets, trim etc could not be faulted and, to be honest, better than I would have expected given the rather grubby starting condition of the car. Full marks to Chris for his hard work and also to the management at Valay for excellent customer service and redeeming an otherwise unfortunate situation

Wow such a great service! Will 100% be using again. The guy was really friendly, did an amazing job and despite me making him late, didn’t rush. I’ve never had the car so clean in my life, the outside especially looks like a new car!

Chris was on time and completed the prestige valet of my car. The attention to detail and quality of the valet was the best I have ever seen. My car is 8 years old but looked brand new when he has finished. Polite, friendly and professional, Chris and his business is highly recommended by me. Will be using him again for all future valets. I am disgusted with this business. I booked for Wednesday 12th May and the guy phoned and cancelled. I rescheduled for today Friday 14th May but he never turned up and isn't answering his text or phone. I wanted to put my car on Autotrader this weekend and now I will have to wait and arrange alternative valeting.Very disappointed!!

Booked a valet for 10th April and was advised that he couldn’t attend on the morning of appointment. Re booked for the following Saturday at 4pm. I cancelled plans and waited in only to be informed 35 minutes prior to appointment that AGAIN, he wouldn’t be attending with another ridiculous excuse. Would not recommend, would not use.

Chris came today in the pouring down rain to do a full valet, he put a gazebo up to cover the whole car and just got on with it. The finished result was to a very high standard both inside and out especially with the weather and it smelt amazing.Will definitely be using them again and would definitely recommend them.

Great service from Valay who carried out an express valet on my Fiat 500 today prior to it going back due to end of lease.I only booked the service yesterday and was really pleased to be able to get an appointment the following day.Chris was friendly, confirmed the appointment before he arrived and did a brilliant job! Thank you, will definitely use again.
