Awful company.Ordered Sunday, spoke Monday, said delivery between Wednesday and Friday. Spoke on Wednesday to confirm whether it would be delivered. They stated that it would but couldn't confirm a time. I spoke to the suppliers! They did not order it from the suppliers until Thursday. 3 days and a team organised for Sunday wasted waiting for stuff that had not been ordered.Avoid at all costs, good price ended up costing me a fortune.Absolute liars!Beware!!

Ordered on 28th August with a lead time of 3-5 days. Chased again and still no delivery over a week later. Cant get them to answer the phone. Seems suspicious as their website states order completed. Looks like I've been scammed out of my money

Do not use this retailer. They did not refund me for overcharged items and delayed delivery costing me a days labour for builders. Terrible communication and company has already been struck off on the company web site and yet trades. A very bad experience dealing with them.

Tile Valley delivered me the wrong product , when challenged they stated needed 10 days to investigate. No reply received! After sharing the options to them by writing from trading standards they ignored my mails. They ignored my phone calls. My job got delayed , I had to pay another more professional company to not risk the job being completed. After a number of chases 3 months later and still no reply. I will NEVER use this company again, do NOT TRUST them!!
