IMO Car Wash

Bloody awesome, I've driven past this place for years. Decided I would give it a go, very friendly staff and the car looked like new. ( not washed in 2 months, even the wheel were gleaming. £11 for the top wash.. Well worth every pound. 100 %

Great car wash, the best of it's type in the area. The attendant always seems to struggle with app vouchers / loyalty cards and maybe needs some more training. That or the IMO app is flawed and needs some work. I also think they sometimes don't leave the correct gap between cars, meaning you have to drive off before the rear of your car is dried.

the operator set my car wrong at the car wash, the chains destroyed two rims. insurance company and operator do not feel responsible and say it's not their fault. I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!! scammers!!

Very poor service, the attendant made me purchase HD wash. My car on the driver side was still dirty but the attendant refused to take responsibility and said it's the paint. Please avoid the HD extra expense. Attendant not helpfulBradford Asda ARC

Friendly . Helpful and efficient. Decent car wash, dearest we have used, but looks good. Actually end up with a clean car.

Further to my last review of ARC car wash in Batley, I decided to go to another ARC car wash station near me.However, it failed again on the main purpose of going to car cash. There is obviously something wrong if your car did not come out clean. The worst part is the rear part of my car, rear wind screen, rear bumper and tailgate, all still dirty, covered in white but dried soapy stains.It was a sunny day, so not easy to see the mess. But you can easily tell from the top of the rear screen wiper, just how dirty the rear screen is.The problem is the staff did not leave enough gap between cars. When my car was being dried, the car behind me was being shampooed and it was that close, the foam just splashed everywhere.So if you get offered by Confused.com for free 12 months car washes, don't bother., even more so if you have to pay for the car wash yourself.

Most miserable person collecting money or other payment, felt like I was at fault for using facility for first time because I naturally put handbrake on then got shouted at as he did not explain to let tracks take you through facility

They wash my car quickly, reasonably and for a reasonable price. Theres definitely cheaper options in Bradford but as it's a motability car I'd rather use a company I trust
