The security on the door, tall 6”2 or maybe 6”5. Bold, was literally so rude. And condescending. He was judges us based on the questions he directly asked us. We explained we did have a drink previously at a different location. But we were not drunk or intoxicated. It was a slap in the face when another group who were caucasian individuals proceeded to head in without any questioning or prejudice that me and my friends had gone through. It is disgusting and out of order. If you don’t want to let us in because we don’t meet your criteria of people. Say that, and don’t make excuses with fake questioning.

Polite, corteus. Made me welcome nice place to be.

Enjoy going here really friendly helpful staff. Sometimes you win sometimes you loose but anytime I have won anything it has been here. Nice food but a shame because they took out the machines I liked to play most on so I removed a star for that reason only.

Come here quite regularly. Nicely hidden under the madness of broad Street. Nice relaxed atmosphere with very polite staffThey have my favourite beer (Staropramen) on tap too.

8 of us went here on Saturday 25th Feb We had a meal in restaurant which was great Can not fault the staff who served us Food Drinks and whole night was fab A big thanks to Rob who kindly carried our deposit over from a Christmas booking that we could not attend

I have been coming to the Birmingham Grosvenor Casino since it opened which is now well over 10 years. The staff have always been fantastic and last night my wife and I went for a meal in the restaurant as a last minute idea due our normal Michelin stared restaurants being booked due to being a last minute arrangement. All we can say is thank you.The food was out of this world and even with desert and drinks we spent 1/3rd of what we would have and enjoyed the food just as much, if not better!. We had the joy of a magician to entertain us whilst we waited for our food and he was excellent, one of the best we have had the pleasure to see.I wanted to also say a specific thank you to Sharon on the reception area who we have known now for many years and she always makes us feel welcome, she is an asset to the business.Keep up the good work.

Visited here on 22/08/2021 about 730pm the lady behind the bar was so miserable and unfriendly - I asked her if there was a sweet rose she just smirked and said ‘rose is rose’. Not good. Felt really uncomfortable and didn’t order a drink for the 3 of us.Played some black jack the dealers are friendly. Overall just not a nice atmosphere and everyone miserable

Beer was poor. Atmosphere was low. Very busy but felt cramped as only a few tables were open. No tables to set drinks on whilst betting. Did not enjoy the experience. The crupiers are not friendly they are too busy cashing out chips being paid for by card at the table whuch slows down the playing too much. Compared to many other Grosvenor casinos this is by far the worst I've been too. Avoid if you can.

I went in and I had a problem cashing out on my account. And the quick service of the manager there she was so such a lovely lady in to resolving the matter quick. So friendly and polite. And a beautiful smile. Staff are absolutely friendly. It's a lovely place to go and enjoy yourself. With friends or family. As I went with my husband and we always have a great time. I love the fact you have a bar. Hot drinks complimentary. Nice environment to be in. Cinema near by . Restaurants, wine bars on broad Street. You got hotels there if you coming from another town. It's amazing. Highly recommended Grosvenor Casino. And many offers they have on. Free to make a membership. Just don't forget to take 2 IDs. As you will need passport and driver's licence to.

Not a 24 hour casino at all. What they mean by 24 hours is that the building is open 24 hours for you to play electronic slot machines.Actual casino games (blackjack/roulette) are not 24 hours at all. I.e. if 'out of hours', there will be a person or 2 person at the entrance, which will likely be the only staff member you encounter.As a regular visitor in London I was sorely disappointed by the experience in Birmingham (Britain's 2nd largest city). Do not claim to be a 24 hour casino if that is not what you're willing to offer (i.e. electronic slot machines over traditional casino games).
