I employed Nathaniel to undertake some renovation work in my new build garden. I had asked for him to flatten out the top of the garden and to build an area at the end in which I would source the gravel for. This is because my garden had a massive downward slope.I had changed my mind about putting boarders of trees around the garden as well as a path but everything else regarding the levelling out of the garden stood. He did not complete the job. To my dismay just one month after him completing (completed on 4th March 2023) the wood area he built has come away. (He didn’t use long enough screws to secure the wood into place) to my expense I am now sorting as he has refused to rectify the issues he has left me with and the emails received from him are absolutely disgraceful, he shouldn’t be running a business!

I was struggling for inspiration regarding a border in our rear garden so I enquired with Plan & Plant. Nathaniel was extremely knowledgeable and professional, constructively steering the border to be as fitting as possible with the areas theme. He took into account flowering times, soil quality and drainage, seasonal gaps, foliage shapes and textures to provide a truly stunning new border for me and the wife to enjoy all year round. I was fortunate enough to be recommended Plan & Plant for my back garden make over. The canvas I handed over to Nathanial was hardly blank and needed much clearing out, including old pathways, garden shed standing and even a pond with waterfall. But they way in which Nathaniel and Adam set about the clearing out phase set the tone for how they seem to tackle everything...nothing was too much trouble and customer satisfaction is number 1 priority. These 2 get stuck into hard work as if it were the best thing since sliced bread, come rain or shine! I often felt guilty watching them from the comfort of my kitchen, with rain dripping from their hair and noses in the glorious summer of '23! My garden is now transformed with new patio area, gravelled areas, masses of sleepers (vertical of course for maximum sleeper cuts...sorry Nathaniel.) And an inset water feature expertly constructed. From a complete eyesore, my garden is now a perfect relaxation zone, transformed by Nathaniel and Adam and I can't thank them enough, not just for the hard work, but also the manner in which they conduct themselves. Its rare to find people who are this competent, this professional, this engaging and as properly ethically driven to a good job not just for the customer but also for the agricultural and landscaping industry they represent. Would I recommend...oh i think so!
