Very efficient and very helpful

This is the most dreadful experience with a company I have had in my life .I have spent thousands of pounds on replacement windows from them and the putty that was used is just falling out . Their response was to try and rely on very ambiguous terms and conditions blaming me , although no instructions for aftercare were given at the time . I have sent a recorded letter to the owner which has not been answered and presumably just ignoredMy advice to anyone considering using this company would be to avoid at all costs . It would be a shame for others to engage with them and find themselves in a similar position
