The delightfully reassuring Hannah quickly organised recovery of my sister's vehicle. Phil was on his way with a few minutes of my call. He kept me informed of developments. Excellent.

took my car in today to do an engine and tensioner inspection as the block sounded noisy.. was welcomed by a good man named Ben who also worked on my car and even offered me the opportunity to watch the work being carried out. he was well composed n very professional in the way he would explain the queries i raised during the work and happily performed extra checks on the car without me asking.. the Sort of attitude you wish other mechanics had who are hesitant to go that extra mile unless you paid them more. Overall, well impressed and would recommend to others

They were called out to attend to my son's car. They could not get it running after I had replaced a burnt out ignition coil. Car is delivered to our home, 10 mins I have it running after being told that the ECU was likely short circuited by the failed ignition coil. Fuses are there to protect expensive devices from short circuit. Why could I fix this in 10 mins and the on site person could not?

When we broke down en route to Scotland last week, the AA took us in to the Isis Garage, instantly they made us feel welcome and after over an hour on the side of the motorway in the pitch dark, rain and freezing cold I can tell you we were in much need of a welcome face! We arrived just as the garage was opening but they jumped straight to it, ensuring we knew where to go for a warm seat and then to fix our car. They could not get the part that had broken but felt they could fix it sufficiently for us to get to our destination, it was done in no time at all, with Ben the mechanic explaining everything he was doing and ensuring we knew it was merely a repair and that we should get the part replaced asap.We were soon back on the road, they charged us very little for the service provided and were super efficient, unfortunately we do not live in their area as I would have no hesitation in using them again.Thank you very much Ben and the Isis Garage!

Only used them once but the fitter that came out to my wagon was very helpful & knowledgeable, he started his diagnostics with his eyes not a plug n play diagnostic computer, which is a rare thing nowadays. They recovered my unit & took me back to there work-shop, kept making sure I was comfortable & when the work wasp completed they even let me wash my unit and sleep on there property.Thank you for making the situation a hole lot less stressful than it could of been

Broke down at work with a flat battery. Isis came out within an hour and the mechanic was amazing and helpful. Got me going again and even changed my light bulb which needed to be changed at half the price which Halfords would have charged me. Amazing would definitely recommended.

Our van broke down on a busy roundabout in Banbury, the recovery vehicle arrived within the hour.Luke who arrived was great, friendly and very professional and extremely helpful especially as it wasn't an easy job/fix. He went out of his way to try and move the van without causing more damage to the vehicle.Highly recommend this company.

I was struggling to get someone to mot my 6.5t minibus that I converted to a camper van isis recovery was recommended by cherwell Council so popped down to see if they could and they said yes not only that they told me to put my feet up and they would mot the bus the same day brilliant service very nice friendly people will definitely use this company again for other work on my camper bus

Chap who came out was very helpful even took the time to help get the truck in my workshop when the front wheel bearing was seized solid and the price to do the job was sensible

Can't fault them. Alternator belt snapped so rang on a Friday & they could fix the Monday. Tried to limp in on the Monday but broke down. They came out & rescued me with their lorry, got a loan car, fixed the same day. Thomas the owner is so helpful, Dan was brilliant and Guy, the driver, was so friendly and efficient. Great place that isn't that well known for its servicing, MOT and repairs but highly recommended.
