Dave and Dillon were friendly, efficient and informative when they fitted a new boiler for us at short notice in a very cold period of the year. The all in price was good value. I can see why their reviews are excellent. Cheers!

Dave was absolutely superb. He fitted a Hive system for my 87 year old mum. He was really patient and caring in instructing her on the operation of the system. I e mailed 2 other plumbers/engineers in the area and neither to date have had the good manners to respond. I can't recommend Dave highly enough and it's reassuring to find a reliable proper old school tradesman. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him.

Called David on Monday morning as shower was leaking through the kitchen ceiling. They arrived 8.15 the next morning. Excellent service. Really nice fella's. Polite and informative. Happy with the work carried out and the price. I would definitely recommend this company and will use again if the need arises.

Just had faulty radiator fixed by Lawrence from Simpsons. Arrived when he said he would, fully explained everything he did and gave some handy tips on our boiler set up. Would recommend and will use again.

I rang about a broken toilet flush at 8:30 on a Monday morning. A member of Dave’s team was with me within a couple of hours to assess and price the job, and it was done by local lunchtime. Very friendly and professional

Simpsons Plumbing provided an excellent level of service when I contacted them to repair an issue with my toilet. Dave was very responsive to my query and provided a competitive quote. Lawrence, who did the work, was friendly, happy to explain the process and very thorough. When a slow leak was discovered.a week later, Simpson Plumbing were quick to resolve this: Lawrence came round the next day and replaced a defective part at no extra cost, despite my insistence to pay. A truly excellent level of customer service from this company. I cannot recommend them enough.

Dave came to install a new toilet I had already bought my own but when we came to look at it it was damaged. I wasnt sure how to cope with it but Dave kept calm and quickly ordered and collected a replacement which was fitted quickly he really went out of his way to help I have already recommended him to friendsThanks DaveLiz Peters

Dave was patient in answering my questions and sent pictures of the work to me. The work involved fault finding on blocked pipes and electric boiler check and repair. Really happy with the work, very efficient. I would definitely recommend.
