Frank's The Flooring Store

Used these before for my carpets - was a mess up with one of my carpets - store were no help at all (nothing is ever their fault andno offer to help fix issue) but fitter went out of his way to sort it for me as needed done on the day (can't remember name but bloke and his son) - helpful, professional and friendly. Went back recently to sort parents carpets as they wanted same as mine - attitude of sales woman (Tracey) wasn't the best - more interested in sale than customer service - asked if sorted could I have same fitters, to be told she had 'got rid of them' and I would need to use her fitter. Wasn't happy with whole experience so ended up going to Benfield store - staff there were spot on - couldn't be more helpful - and found original fitter - so ended up completely happy****Can't respond to answer - store visited was Blyth and sales staff was lady called Tracey***

Received great service all round. Carpets are fantastic. The guys who laid them were very friendly and even moved our wardrobes for us. The following week we needed vinyl laid in the bathroom and one of the team came at short notice to lay that too. Fantastic job. I can highly recommend Franks at Blyth due to te service we received. Happy customer.

Can't thank Dave enough for all his help. He was brilliant from us going in to the Blyth shop & choosing carpets with my elderly parents & we put a lot of challenges in he's way. Nothing was to much trouble. Dave was very friendly & pulled all the stops out to help my parents. Keith fitted the carpets today 5/Jan 2017 and again excellent job done very friendly lad. Waited 2 weeks for fitting. Carpet fitter didn't show phoned shop they had put wrong address down. Waited another day he turned up carpet was to short for living room. Had to wait another 2 days for them to order carpet showed up today and its the wrong carpet so have to wait again. Will never buy from franks again and no help what so ever from shop or head office awful customer service

We went to the Blyth store, the guy wasn't really interested in selling us some hard wearing carpet, we asked if there was some we could buy now, he said not really, I don't think we have any in stock, he didn't get off his chair to go & have a look. Very disappointed with his attitude. Won't go to Frank's flooring if we need carpets again. Managed to get what we wanted else where.

The salesman today at the Blyth Store was excellent, my Mam had an issue after fitting. He was very professional and sorted out the problem immediately. A valued member of your team. Excellent customer service, thank you so much. He is a credit to your Company. Not sure of his name SQ were the initials on her receipt

Needed help and advice. I was only able to get to them at very short notice. They were so helpful and accommodating! Well done guys. Really would recommend!
