I have been attending NRG for 5 months now, I have PT sessions with Christina Harris and I have fallen in love with fitness. I have had numerous sessions with Christina. She is a devoted and supportive coach that always goes the extra mile for her clients. She is outstanding and has bought so much life to the gym. I couldn’t be happier with the service I’m receiving. Amazing gym! Clean and great equipment! Staff super friendly and helpful! I see them walking around a lot more and talking to us to see how we are doing! Noticing a lot of difference in the gains. The gym is improving and still taking it to new heights

I have been there only once and coming from Birmingham on the bus.. As I read the reviews I so wanted to visit the gym.. The moment I entered I was looking for more cross trainers and treadmills. There is barely anything in the ladies section, very cluttered.. Barely any room to walk around. The receptionist is always away from the desk No one to help around daytime..

I love the space here! The fact that each floor has different workout focus point just makes me giddy. Don't get me started on the amazing classes especially cycling with @oliviadiponoxio, the best, the absolute best. The class is always fully booked and that goes to show how much of a hit the class is.

I've been signed up for a while now, and its been quite good. I couldnt get a locker for a while but then someone cleared them all out so that was actually very thoughtful. I think some of the staff are great and that one guy with glasses, I always see working, keeps the place running smoothly. I will say I spend alot of time in the ladies section and it could do with a major upgrade.

Good gym with every equipment you will need and good selection of free weight. Althought could do with a second punch bag.Staff very friendly and helpful also 2 hours free parking at tesco.The area we're it let's itself down is the shower and locker room. The showers are dirty and have mold. Also the temperature of the water is way to hot.
