Worse company I have ever had to deal with. Sold me an engine what needs new injectors, going to cost me thousands to fix. Phoned them to ask them to fix it, didn’t even return my calls. Turned up to the office, all they could say was it’s past the 30day return policy so not their problem. Stay well clear of them, cowboys

Terrible service by this company travelled 80 miles to be told your item isn't available Wich I purchased via eBay will never be using this company again .

Brought item from Trade Parts via Ebay item was incorrect so advised return, I will hold my hands up to mistakingly closing return on Ebay, I was advised to reach out to seller to explain, which I did via messages,Emails & telephone calls all of which ignored, I organised courier to return item advised seller this was coming back, who replied got to go via ebay which I had already explained I could not, courier delivered item back & photographic evidence taken,courier was told she's not getting any money back ,I am now having to take legal action to get money back as this place has had part returned & my money, this could have been dealt with in a civil maner.

Received my car part in perfect condition and packaged really well! Also arrived within 2 days! Definitely recommend!

Complete theft .Refused to accept that they sold me the wrong part .Don't use and I would suggest the ombudsman..

I have dealt with trade parts north east twice now and the service has been great, they have been so helpful with parts and advice and I can not recommend them enough as they have a great customer service manner.
