Bought our new car from Nunns last week, very happy with our purchase, thanks to Dan for making it an easy process

Purchased a new car from here and received excellent service from Michael Flatters, nothing too much trouble, very patient and not pushy. All staff very welcoming and covid measures in place. Would definitely recommend if your in the market for a new or used car.

Usually I avoid dealerships as I find them pressuring not very welcoming. Nunns was a breath of fresh air and poles apart from my previous experiences. Michael who answered my initial phone call and looked after me when I arrived was a great guy, not pushy at all and took the time to really understand what I needed/wanted no matter how long it took. His knowledge on the hybrids was so helpful and helped me select the car I now own (not one of their vehicles unfortunately simply because I wanted something smaller). I honestly feel a little guilty because I really wanted to give them my business and it's not very often I feel like that. Nunns is a family business and it is true gem. If ever in the future I regret saying this car is too big for me" I will be straight back and purchasing a Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV and that's a promise!"

This is the 2nd car we have bought from here, but this time due to Covid 19 we bought without seeing the car first. We were a little apprehensive but no need. Great family run garage. They were very confident of beating what I considered to be a good deal,did so and then went the extra mile to ensure I got an outstanding deal. Service staff also very impressive.

Nice range of new and used cars, friendly knowledgeable staff, always their to help you and not pushy at all, car repairs and servicing at very competitive prices, with work done to a very high standard, I was very impressed having worked in the automotive industry since 1968. This company gets five stars from me.

Charged me £48 to fit two bulbs which is insulting. All advised me that their tech man would need to take my l200 out for drive to identify fuel smell fault so I paid the £99 diagnostic fee. The l200 didn't even leave their branch and they didn't conclusively diagnose anything. In fact they failed to identify two cracks in the exhaust system. To conclude this matter I have asked for my £148 back and they have replied saying we will ask our directors... Feel extremely ripped off and scammed .
