TSB Bank

Oh dear. I went in the new TSB today and immediately on entering wanted to turn down the volume on my hearing aids because the chatter and general hub hub was so unbearably loud, however, can you believe it I'd forgotten to wear them? What is it like to work in there all day? Absolutely earsplitting noise. Needless to say I shall arrange another Direct Debit then today will be my first and last visit to the new branch.

Not bad but you have to “order £50 notes” other banks have them ready.

Worst customer service ever!On May 27th, I applied for a debit card renewal, as my previous card had been expired. Still haven’t received one until today, June 20th!!! I had to travel to Bolton brunch and make a request for the card to arrive there.At first, my request was declined by an employee, who was really rude by the way, and insisted that I should speak with Royal Mail’s customer service. After many delegations, I managed to consult with the brunch manager and my request was finally accepted.Still haven’t received a call to pick up my card though…Try to avoid this bank people..

Awful location. No decent parking nearby and have to pay.Wish they never closed the Derby street branch.

To log in and get a damaged card replaced it would be sooner to go to the moon and back and still could not order one.

I find it hard reading the negative comments, I’ve been in several times and they couldn’t do enough for me . Fantastic service tsb

Would give 0 stars if possible. Came in about 1 ¼ hours before closing time to apply for a card, and they said they were completely filled up by people with appointments. They never said anything about needing an appointment on the website. Appauling

I have waited half hour but they not serve one customer very very poor service and outside was -2 degrees.
