What a friendly team & excellent customer service. Dropped in with a BMW Motorbike Top-box requiring a barrel replacement, this is not a job the team had never worked on. However we’re more than happy to have a go, unfortunately they did not manage to change out the barrel they did prepare the new barrel with my key and on return of the top-box thanked me for the opportunity learn and did not charge me for the work completed on the new barrel and key. Cant recommend this team enough, extremely professional…

When I contacted Bob's Locks and explained I had a problem with patio doors not locking the chap who answered said he would call back and give me a time for someone to call. He called back within 5 minutes and Bob arrived within 30 minutes. He fixed the doors, which were misaligned , within a short time. He also had a look at all of my external doors and offered free advice on extra security The quote was very reasonable and I was also given a pensioner's discount.Brilliant service!

Had an emergency, my elderly mother's front door wouldn't lock and she was panicking. Called Bob's Locks and he turned up exactly when he said he would, fixed the issue in minutes. Very helpful and cheery. They had been recommended to me and didn't. disapoint. Thanks a million!

Friendly team, good advice and quote via phone / email. Home service in Auchterarder. Called on way to job, arrived on time, job completed well and area left tidy. Fitted new dead lock to front door to bring property up to security standards. Happily recommend this business and use this service in the future.
