Didn't return my two voicemail messages to place an order. Then wanted to charge me £18 for delivery to Hove which is 3 miles outside their free delivery area. Disappointing way to treat returning customers. Gone elsewhere who offered free delivery.

Collected a large bootfull of logs a couple of weeks ago which have proved to be great burners - dry and perfect for our woodburning stove. Very friendly folk - fair prices compared to others in the area. Have bought your logs before and will come again. Thanks.

I was sold two bags of “seasoned” logs, they just would not burn even with the vents fully open on my log burner! When I split them down to try and make them burn more readily they were wet inside so clearly not seasoned! I should have known as the bag was very heavy.This happened last winter with a bulk bag. Won’t be using this business again!

Went and bought 2 bags of charcoal the other weekend for a BBQ for 30 people. Far and away the best charcoal I have ever used. Only one bag was required, it was incredibly easy to light and was cooking on it for 4/5 hours. Staff friendly and prices for logs etc also looked very competitive.Highly recommended!

Logs on top great - got gradually worse with the bottom third a load of wet bark and bits. No point in replying now, I contacted you at the time and there was no willingness to put it right, just excuses.

I had been looking for Log Stools for a long time. I found this company by chance and decided to ask if they could help. Many thanks to Jim and Selina for all their help in providing these for me. Also thanks to the lovely friendly driver who delivered them and placed them in the garden ready for the grandchildren to sit on when the weather improves. Highly recommend this company.
