Acupuncture Essex

Over 6 years ago now, I was suffering with anxiety. Whilst on medication and under the radar of my GP, I felt I was still not getting to the place I wanted to be quick enough. A friend suggested of trying alternative therapy and in particular acupuncture. I did some research found Howard's website, contacted him, and nervously made my first appointment. Since that appointment, I have not looked back, l have now been off my medication for over four years, but whilst not so frequent, I still have regular treatments more as a preventive measure. Howard's approach is very professional and calming, I can not praise him enough.

I had been suffering from frequently recurring headaches that had lasted for several days over the past few years. I had tried various medications recommended by a neurologist but these did not help my symptoms. He suggested I tried acupuncture. Not knowing who to go to, Howard Gough was recommended to me. He has been treating me with acupuncture and Shiatsu massage to my neck. Since this treatment the frequency of headaches is much less and their duration has reduced from several days to one or two days. I find him friendly, caring and professional in his manner and am very happy to recommend his services.
