Popped in on a recent visit to the garden centre/post office to ask if by any chance they could have a look at the brakes on my elderly Mum's rollator/walking frame which werent working properly. Asked to bring it in for checking which I did a few days later and was delighted when the problem was willingly resolved without question within minutes. Unbelievably helpful and excellent customer service despite this being an unusual and untypical request. Heartfelt thanks to Fraser, Keith and the superb staff at Country Cycles for their kindness.

Keith, Fraser and the whole team are always friendly and helpful, and really go out of their way to provide brilliant customer service. Whether it's arranging a demo, providing advice, or just getting your bike fixed/serviced and back on the trails ASAP, they always go the extra mile. We trust them and wouldn't go anywhere else for anything bike-related!

Have used extensively for maintenance on my HB130, quite a temperamental superbike so needs a competent team who I can trust with it. Would highly reccomend, great communication, good service, not the cheapest but not super expensive either. Wonderfu shop and great location, easy parking and big spacious shop.

I had a mechanical, thankfully not to far from the shop. So I was able to walk the bike there. The guys were really helpful and got me sorted so I could cycle home. Whilst I was in the shop, a foreign gent came who had forgotten his charger for his ebike. He was helped and sold one for a reduced price. That's integrity. As I was chatting to the chap about how hard it is to find a decent bike shop that does repairs. I said that a while ago, I found a good one at Mugdock Country Park, but they had closed. They had done a great job on my mountain bike. It turns out it was them. So I immediately booked my bike in for a service. I would recommend them. They have a really nice shop which is next to a cafe which is another big plus.
