A big thankyou to John and his team of engineers after a successful installation of a new Worcester Bosch boiler and Hive control system. Installed in one day without any fuss. Thank you too for the prompt response to an issue (not of your making) with regard to the Hive Active heating control system. A mention too to the back-office staff, Kerry, Jody & Heather. Booked a boiler service, didn't show up. Tried to rearrange and calls/mails have been ignored. All a bit weird.

Engaged them for boiler service after being recommended, did service, closed system down due to fault, John the owner on phone within the hour, condemned my 7 year old boiler, tried a selling job on me for £2500, yet the engineer said I had a top of range boiler worth repairing !!!!Told him not disposed to £2500, so he suggested finance.Eventually after 4 days at minus 4 came back with a ridiculous cost to repair.Seems they can hold you over the proverbial barrel.And consider they're doing you the favour.I've written this review to what I considered to be a professional company, but acting on an amateur basis...

John and his team did a fantastic job from start to finish. My house feels so much warmer.The lads that come and fitted the boiler was great. The old boiler and rubbish were all removed and left really tidy. I would highly recommend John and his team.

Well what can we say but absolutely brilliant. John came out within 2hr of making a call and and the following day we had a new boiler fitted . My 93 year Aunty had a new Worcester boiler fitted last November. There was a fault on the hot water and I called Worcester Boilers who refused to fix it as it had been fitted in an unsafe position next to the Bath. Plus they said the guarantee was now invalid. Although Wilkinson did fix the hot water problem they have been very unresponsive with regard to moving the boiler despite numerous calls from me and my Aunty.

John Wilkinson is a fraud. We had a great offer from Homeserve that he undercut and promised to beat. We made it very clear that we could only pay for the boiler slowly, which he said he had a financier for. He then forced the installation before a credit agreement was established and didn't get in touch about the finance for over 3 months (I had to chase him). He then slapped me with a bill for £2,500 and told he he couldn't finance me because I failed a credit check with their sole creditor (I have a credit rating of 740 and have been offered credit since). Add to this the fact that 3 times our boiler went out, and he refused to send anyone on any occasion, one time stating that he was at a funeral and he has no employees. Basically, it's a cowboy establishment and John in a conman.

7/10/22 Rang and spoke to Mr Wilkinson agreed on a system and price, he seemed like a nice guy.Two men arrived on Monday 10/10/22 yes next working day. Made sure everything was covered including the carpets good sign of consciousness.They started at 9.30am and had completely fitted and tested the new installation by 2pm. Very happy with speed, quality and efficiency of this company highly recommend.Jon Jo Gill
