My self and my wife are Severn month into selling our property (SOLD).Our stress level was was realy high with everything going on ,I,E surveys, two building surveys one we did not know anything aboutElectric surveys, fire risk assesment. Gas safety inspections ,and more ,,Three moving dates then last minute the buyers solicitor is asking for more information,Then we thought everything was done (exchange contracts ) OH NO.Friday before May bank holiday buyers solicitors wanted a asbestos survey doing ,Stress level was well up then , we’re, how .when,, can we get this done , bank holiday ,My wife looked on line and came across Andy Crowther,, What a guy he was .Explained what had , happened and he said I’ll be their Saturday morning ,and have your reportTo you Tuesday ,He emailed confirmation to say. that survey was all done ,so we could let solicitors know ,And bang on our report came Wednesday morning ,Can’t ask for anything more than that ,We would strongly recommend Andy if your selling property and looking for a survey ,RegardsBill and jan swift

I contacted Complete Asbestos Surveys as I needed a survey on the commercial shop I was buying, i had overlooked this but Andy came and did the survey on a weekend so it didn't hold up the exchange. We got the report back in 2 days which was brilliant. The survey located asbestos in different areas I never knew existed. Report allowed us to get the asbestos removal value knocked off the sale price which was a bonus. I would recommend these to anyone.

Contacted Andy at Complete Asbestos Surveys on 22/02/23 with photos of the loft of one of my rental properties suspected of asbestos. Andy responded immediately and commented that it did not look like asbestos but to be safe suggested a survey. Survey was carried out a week later. The report was very comprehensive but because it was only the loft area, many areas of the report were not applicable.
