Very easy to buy from here,VERY har d to actually get product delivered! I paid for a gazebo,£1195 upfront. Waited in for 3 whole days of my holiday as said it would be delivered . Absolutely Nothing!! No communication,only my fone calls to ask where it is. Tuftnels are the delivery company used. Useless!! No communication with me whatsoever as to when it would be here. Still waiting!!

Ordered seat cushions with Robert Dyas to be delivered direct by Glencrest by 16th. After trying to get in touch with Dyas for 2 days from 14th and ignored by them by phone, live chat and e mail, l called Glencrest more in desperation than hope. What an amazing service l got from Sue when l spoke to her. Despite everything being backlogged due to their main Delivery company going bump that week, she said she would see what she could do and took my number. Not expecting to hear anything from her again, l was so impressed when Sue called to say she had found my good and prioritized a delivery through DHL for the next day. Cushions came and are amazing quality, thanks Sue you're a star! (No stars for Robert Dyas who took my £260 and then ignored me)

Ordered a firepit corner dining unit, a companion set and a storage box on 20th March expecting 5 weeks delivery as it said on the website. 12 weeks later and several calls to Glencrest I have been told corner unit might " arrive this month but the companion set and storage box will be another 6 - 8 weeks. All this waiting despite having paid for the furniture in March....yes I know there is a pandemic going on and it has slowed things down but come on. Customer service have not been that great either

Just received my corner suite and giant cantilever parasol. I am very impressed with the quality and the design of both. I highly recommend their services, and will be telling my friends and family about them.

Poor communication. I understand the difficult times but promises of delivery and return of telephone updates were never upheld. Every time I queried my order I was given different answers by different members of staff. No one seemed to know what was happening. Got to the point where I cancelled the order as it was not yet available only to be phoned 5 minutes later to be told part of the order was ready for delivery. However, I still cancelled as no date could be given for remaining items. All very shambolic and I will not be re-ordering from them in future

We ordered a Katie Blake rattan dining set which was delivered october 2020 and just the parasol base was missing from the order and was expected early 2021 due to covid restrictions slowing down overseas shipments.Just one reminder was sent and the base finally arrived in march.The set is now installed on our patio and it is fantastic quality and we must say that Glencrest have been very professional and considerate at all times.A trusted company and would not hesitate to order from them again.

Bought garden furniture and chair cushions in 2000 at the Highland Show. The cushions are starting to look a little tired after 20 years of hard wear, looked at the label and made by Glencrest, just wondering how much it would cost for new ones. Many thanks Jane Williams, Perthshire
