Very very fussy council but in someways goodThe few negative i think of are its hard to get a mot and you have to do the mot in there own mot station onsite otherwise the staff that work there are genuinely nice people they go out of their ways to help you the only reason i moved to Birmingham councill is you have take the car for 1,mot which is ok but also another 2interim check so basically 3,mots a year anyway thanks to the sandwell council staff that work on the reception

i would highly recommend getting your car MOT from here, it's run by the Council and the workers have no interest in fixing your car. if it fails it's because it needed to. 100% honest. worth every penny of the £55 charge to not get ripped off.

Never answer phone calls you need to wait for at least 1 hour .on line service is very poor .for appointments you have to wait 2 weeks just to pick vehicle plate

We thank all staff who work at these office our issue is wording hackney carriage is (not considered as taxi according sandwell website bus lane taxi cycle lane on the the wording (hackney carriage is bracket any sentence in bracket can't be considered )all we want to what is taxi and what is hackney carriage which is very grey area and mislead licenced hackney driver traveling in bus lane as way (making money from poor hackney carriage as cost of living is not affordable )can some one council head staff clarify this what is taxi defination
