Buzz Bingo and The Slots Room Poole

Josh cooked our food and it was delicious. Came out quickly, food was piping hot and service was fab.

Visited for the first time on Wednesday and played the slots tournament and ended up winning first place for £25 worth of free plays, etc. However on the very next day, they could not award me the £25 free plays due to the machines ‘playing up’ and advised me to come back tomorrow and that my winning voucher is valid for 7 days, etc. Quite disappointed really, especially as it takes me two bus journeys to get there BUT the reason why I’m not awarding just one or two stars is simply because the staff seemed friendly and emphatic, although on site they were not fully trained to authorise certain transactions which I understand isn’t their fault therefore I can only assume that they are temporarily short staffed???

Went today for free bingo and got a free cupcake and cup of tea. Won £15. Was pretty quiet , so maybe Sunday is the best day to go for local bingo cards. Did run out of a vegan burger I'd ordered. Guy was polite and apologetic . Got something different, but wasn't offered a refund if the difference. Good fun. Will go back

It's always good fun to be there, prizes are being paid always in full, no scams or bad experience.Place has always been buzzing with people either for bingo or slots.The only thing I'd prefer is for the chairs to be cleaned more often, some of them have really old stains and it makes it a bit uncomfortable for me as I'd like to be in a clean environment.Food is quite nice too, the fish and chips are glorious and the famous chicken basket.

It's pretty good for a bingo hall. Although it's starting to look very tired and the electronic pads are shockingly poor reliability wise. Last visit mine froze twice during games and I had to get a new pad. Missed 2 1 line and a two line part of a game. Not interested in refunding for what I missed.Beer is now very very expensive and the old guy on the slots area doesn't speak, just grunts.

New manager Sarah was very rude. I cancelled my membership because of it . It made a very uncomfortable & unwelcoming atmosphere I didn’t want to return.

G Manager SK . Very rude . Does not want to listen to customers.Other staff very polite. Will never step foot in their again.Update . Had a second call from GM no apology, she still expressed I am lower down the food chain than her. She needs customer training, or swap roles with her manager Julia who is far more polite and understanding who listened.

Me and my partner dropped in here whilst we waited for the kids, whom were in splashdown next door.We’d never been before, but Sarah and the team were very welcoming. Showed us the Bingo ropes and we even won £10!

After being denigrated and made a fool of by a member of staff behind the food counter, I went to seek a manager, only to be told the person that served me was the general manager, Sarah Kingman. Not only were multiple members of staff sympathetic towards me, but they also said they were treated the same way as staff members, whom freely gave up the number of head office to report this to. The list failings would not fit into this review. Shame as most of the staff have great customer service skills and try to help you have a good night out.
