Great Costa, not as much room to sit in due to it being a smaller space within Next. If it's busy you'll struggle for a seat. But good coffee and good food/cakes/tray bakes etc

Arrived at 9am and not open ? Then we see one member of staff rushing in late at about 5 past 9. Then we went to order and said we were sitting in. Asked for a medium Mocha to be told they only do large today and was given a takeaway cup. I'm not sure were the cups are? Extremely bad service.

Spending as much as was spent it's hard to say 4 drinks & 2 biscuits drinks cost & over £20! It's gettin a bit excessive! Drinks were small/med! Won't be going for a coffee & biscuit for quite some time! 2.5 stars not 3! They taste good, but not that good for the size.. it's gone past a treat.. it's just something I'd leave and use the cash for something else with more value in it!

Chairs still on tables at 10.45 am . Some tables not even cleaned or clear. Staff all standing behind counter chatting when plenty to be done. Total unacceptable. Can't wait till Starbucks is up and running. Costa is going down hill so fast . Am going to stop going .

Small Costa upstairs inside Next. The baristas are always friendly and you can tell they work hard, especially during peak hours. The coffee is always well made and they have a nice selection of sweets. Free wifi, a handful of tables and chairs, and plenty of parking outside.

Girls are friendly. They recognise their regular customers and work hard. Pleasure going in. They make it feel like an independent coffee shop and not a chain. Well done to the team
