Ryan, Jack and team built a single storey side and rear extension for us during spring 2023. We wanted to create a downstairs toilet/utility, extend our kitchen and create a new lounge looking out to the garden on the existing patio at the rear in order to better connect the house with the garden. Also with living in a conservation area we needed to ensure the build helped retain the character of the house and surrounding area with appropriate materials used. Aryn more than delivered on all fronts! This was our first major building project and Ryan was very responsive, patiently explaining each phase of the project, finding solutions for any issues and striving to ensure the build achieved what we set out to do. All the tradespeople used by Aryn during the project met the same high professional standards as Aryn. We were living in the house during the entire build process with two young children and the team were incredibly respectful to minimise the impact of construction on family life. We are really pleased with the finished extension and would wholeheartedly recommend the Aryn team for any building projects.

Ryan and Jack built a double story Yorkshire stone extension for us in 2022/3. They created a large open plan dining room, a utility, downstairs bathroom, gym and a large double bedroom. They were understanding of our desire to make the extension look in keeping with the existing Victorian house and created an extension which people have commented on how it looks identical to the original. They are highly motivated, efficient and courteous, when they require a sub contractor (roofing, plumbing etc) they use quality, reputable local firms and always went the extra mile to ensure our needs were not only met, but in many cases exceeded. Aryn are the complete building company and I would highly recommend them. We used Ryan and his team back in 2020 and were so impressed with their work that when we moved house in November 2022, there was no doubt on who we would be using for all the building that needed doing. They go above and beyond and work to such a high standard. Everyone in the team are polite and friendly and do a great job. They are a pleasure to have working in the house! They always tidy up and keep you informed on where the project is at and what will be coming next. We came across quite a few issues with our project, but Ryan and his team were always on it and nothing was too much for them. Aryn Developments have completed 4 major projects for me now over a period of 3 years.A loft conversion and large wrap around extension at my own home. Following this they have done a loft conversion and full house refurb with extension at 2 development properties for me.They have also fit 4 kitchens over this period with other second fix joinery projects including doors and a large composite deck.Jack and Ryan have a very professional approachable attitude to their business with all work completed to a very high standard. No extra was ever too much to ask for and they also shared their own ideas and designs for the work well.I will continue to use Aryn for all future projects both domestically and commercially.
