Joined this gym a few months ago and love going there. Its an all female gym and the instructors are friendly and helpful,it's a welcoming place.

A friendly safe place to do your exercise, no matter what your ability, where there are instructors constantly on hand to support and guide you through the 30 minute circuit created by the gym, just for you. I love the atmosphere and the chance to stay fit locally to me.
