The “Lettings Team” at Flick and son are exceptional. Very patient with me (I kept changing my mind), very good with asking all the right questions and then making very sensible recommendations. And soooo much more.One example of “Above and Beyond”… On the day that I was moving and therefore had to visit the office to sign a few bits of paper and collect keys; there was a major accident which closed Saxmundham high street… I received a phone call informing me of this and advice as to how to get to the office and where to park…. Now that is what I call Excellent Customer Service… Many thanks team!! R
