Unbelievably inept when it comes to accounts and communication. Unresponsive to emails, and on the phone they are even worse. Sending threatening letter on cancelled accounts, letters with email address that don't get answered, phone numbers of people who know nothing of our numerous complaints. DON'T TRUST THEM, IT'S NOT WORTH IT.
