I have used John at Full Flame for over 10 years to service and repair my boilers and heating system. He is prompt, courteous and professional. His rates are very reasonable and he is very clear in what he will charge. This is very refreshing given there are so many cowboys within the industry. He recently sorted out a problem which had been completely misdiagnosed, charging a fraction of the price that the other company wanted. Highly recommended.

I think the reviews speak for themselves...John is a consummate professional who can identify the exact make of a Valliant boiler from a rough description on the phone, and in my case diagnose the issue BEFORE he even gets to you.His 2nd service of a very old (20+ years) boiler, and restored to good as new in a short - but unrushed - trip.Excellent all-round & left with that (rare feeling when you live in London) that you haven't been ripped off.

John is an extremely conscientious and diligent worker. Not only did he come and service my boiler for me but he pointed out a number of ways to save energy and even fixed a couple of faults on radiators without being asked. Besides all that he's also extremely pleasant to work with. Need more like him

Can't recommend John highly enough. He'd come recommended by friends and they were absolutely right. Incredibly helpful and very knowledgable. John was able to talk me through resolving an issue with my boiler over the phone in no more than five minutes and didn't charge a penny. I will be using John for any and all boiler and heating issues in future and will recommend him to anyone I know when they need a boiler expert. Brilliant service.

I've spoken to five boiler technicians related to a pressure level issue with my boiler. John at Full Flame was -- by a mile -- the most knowledgeable and thorough. He diagnosed the problem and carefully walked me through how the parts of the system work together. Where the other technicians didn't even bother trying to understand what is going wrong, John listened and asked questions and diagnosed the root cause in a systematic, thoughtful way. He's an absolute standout in this industry.

Our boiler had lost pressure and we called Full Flame on a whim hoping they might be able to help as our usual engineer wasn't available for another few days. They guided us through how to re-insert pressure into the boiler over the phone and surely enough it is now fixed! Such a kind helping hand, we will be sure to use them going forward. Thank you!

He's able to diagnose faults over the phone and often can talk through the solution without the need of a site visit. John is the best in the business. He's very responsive, always fixes the boiler promptly, and more importantly also gives you honest expert advice about how to prolong the life of the boiler or even resolve the problem yourself. I am no longer worried when the boiler breaks down, as we know John has got our back. 5 stars!
