We rang and got a price from Hotpoint for fixing out tumble dryer.......We then rang Simon, who managed to come out, quote the price and fix within 1hr30mins from phoning and charged 85% less than 1st quote.He works clean & tidy too.Also known as Ask Domestics.

Rang and spoke briefly to business owner who told me he wouldn't be able to perform a basic repair and then hung up without explaination! I rang back and my call was ignored, very rude and unprofessional!

I had previously had Simon come and repair my washing machine which he did very quickly and professionally 3 months later my cooker broke and again I rang Simon. He had the part he needed in his van and it was repaired wthin 20 mins. Friendly man with excellent prices. I would 100% recommend Simon's Domestics.

Really disappointed as he was recommended to me by a friend, he ended the phone call halfway through with no explanation, ignored my next call as I thought we may have been cut off, on my third attempt to arrange an appointment he shouted at me and put the phone down, unprofessional and unfriendly.

I have used Simon many times over the years. He is always polite, on time, very reasonable and does a great job. My children use him as well now and have told many people to use him. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
