I have suffered with nerve damage from one of their treatment due to neglegence from one of their staff, the staff member seemed generally unhappy working for skinspace.. However, when i asked for a refund they refused to co operate. I would not recommend this service.

I have visited the clinic on many occasions and each time the service has been impeccable, all the girls are lovely and so welcoming. I have my treatment done by Sarah who is so thorough and makes me feel so relaxed. I highly recommend if your are looking for laser hair removal.

Laura treated me on my appointment and she was an absolute delight. Very professional, was very clear on the treatment offered. Made me feel very comfortable during the treatment. Would totally recommend treatments to be booked with her.

I never normally write reviews but as a transgender woman booking my laser was scary as I was unsure if I would feel fully welcome let alone be gendered correctly, I have had a consult session and my first appointment of laser hair removal and it has been an amazing and affordable experience, I believe I was with Laura or Lauren? she was amazing, both very knowledgeable and friendly and didn't ask the usual highly intrusive questions anyone you tell that you're trans tends to ask. I didn't think I would ever look forward to such a mundane maintenance thing but I am excited to go again! I'm telling all my trans friends to not bother with any other clinic in the city, this is the place to go.

I've been using Skin Space for years and the team who work there are so incredibly good. The services provided are top notch and the staff are polite, friendly and helpful. It's always a pleasure when I go in for my appointment or have to reschedule due to unforseen circumstances, no hassle at all!

I have been seen by Sonia on my last few treatments and she is very professional but more importantly she make me feel comfortable which is really important when having this sort of treatment. She makes the effort to talk to you which puts you at ease when she sees you’re nervous. Overall I would recommend Sonia to all my family and friends. She does Skinspace a great service.
